Firozé Nail & Skin Care GUARANTEE:
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Every product we offer has been designed and tested for quality and
value. They are all Hypo-allergenic, using no animal testing — we are
proud to stand behind everything we sell. If you find any of our
products in anyway defective, broken, please return the items for
replacement, credit or refund of the full purchase price, in new
condition to Firozé Nail & Skin Care products within 30 days from
the date of Purchase for a refund .To return an item to our company,
please follow the steps below.
An $8.90 base handling and shipping charge is applied to each order which is not refundable.
1. Pack the items you wish to return and include the shipping invoice and send them to the address below.
2. Make sure you include your contact details or order number so we can identify whom the order is from.
3. Make sure you insure your order, as we cannot be held responsible
for returns that are lost in the mail and never received by Firozé Nail
& Skin Care products
4. Once your return is received it will be processed promptly. Your refund will be credited back to you.
Please allow two billing cycles for your account to be credited.
We regret that we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
